ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR GOVERNMENT ISSUED PICTURED ID'S ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL PLAYERS.
(State ID card, U.S. Passport, Military ID)

Notes: $500 per Team Registration, 2 Game Guarantee, 4 Age Divisions,

Registration Deadline is December 26, 2015

$300 Deposit will secure your spot in the tournament. (Deposits are non-refundable) Total registration fee is due by December 26, 2015. If your fee is not paid in full by this date, your team will not be added to the schedule.

Gate Fees:

Gate Entry Fee: $5 for ages 13 and up. $3 for ages 5-12

Weekend bands will be available at the gate $8 - adults $4 - kids

Championship Games at the Stadium $2 for ages 5 and up
