If you are new to  the online registration process
you will need to create an account in sports engine  to register your athlete. 
The account will be under the parent/guardian name and you will be prompted to register your player.

Spring 6-Man Football is open to players ages 5 to 12 years old with 5 age divisions. 
(Age verification is as of 09/01/2024)

MM -6U Flag (Mighty Mite)
PW-8U (Peewee tackle)
JR-10U (Junior tackle)
SR-12U (Senior tackle) - 7th graders not allowed on 12U SR
12U-7th grade (Senior tackle) -   8th graders not allowed on 7th grade teams.

Players will need a current photo and copy of birth certificate for age verification.  You may need to provide a copy of current report card. This needs to be turned into your Coach before the first game. 

**Not all areas in the league participate in the Spring season. Please go to our 2025 Spring 6-Man page for current and up to date info for the season.**

All Games are played at the CFPO fields located at  333 S. Reimer Rd in San Marcos, TX.
(Practices areas/ days TBD by coaching staff)
There is a  $3.00 per vehicle parking/ gate entry as well as a full concession stand.
Pets are not allowed at the CFPO Complex.

Please note that if your organization, or your child did not play in the Fall season with the CFPO, you are welcome to come join us in the Spring.  We are not limited to CFPO teams. Please contact us if you are interested in playing or bringing a team to our league for spring football.

This is a great chance for your players to enhance their skills in open-field tackling and other fundamentals of football...especially for those 6th graders that are moving up to 7th grade in the Fall because this will be their last chance to hone in on those skills before their season starts.
